The goal of this design was to provide a comfortable retreat for the client to come home to at the end of the day. An organic motif was carried throughout the home which can be seen in the neutral upholstery choices, the large scale rock face on the fireplace and the distressed grey flooring.
The guest bathroom was designed to emanate the feeling of being at a spa. The glowing 1.5" bubble glass counter top which, back-lit with LEDs, is complimented by the sleek polished chrome Axor Hansgrohe fixtures spilling into Kohler's Spun Glass vessel sinks.
The kitchen was designed to be as aesthetically pleasing as it was functional. Fine Arts lighting was paired with custom African Sepele cabinetry featuring Rocky Mountain Hardware.
This beautiful wooded estate glistens in the December snow. Boasting an elegant dining room set for 10, custom drapery used throughout the home, one of a kind hand tufted rugs and specialty enterpieces, this home is truly like no other.
Scale is a crucial part of design, and when dealing with homes of grand proportions, large furniture pieces are a must. This custom sized sectional is adorned with pounded copper nail-head trim, dual upholstery, hand distressed leather, and specialty pillow fringe.
A few key pieces were used to set the tone of the entryway to this momumental estate. A unique contemporary pattern was used to contrast the Louis XIV style chair to add an element of surprise and bring some color into the foyer. Custom trim and hand pounded iron railings only add to the ornate traditional mood.
Taking cues from the rich espresso woodwork found throughout this stately home, a contemporary, minimilistic palette was developed for this 2011 Parade Home.
With elements such as a 6' tall, Swarovski crystal studded master bedset, a distressed pounded-iron formal dining table and a 48" x 72" polished espresso arched coffee table, this home is filled with one of a kind finds.
With the open floor plan being geared towards a comfortable entertaining type set up, the tones throughout the home follow suit. A warm grey was chosen to flow throughout the space with accent walls bringing texture to the forefront. Subtle, sheer draperies were then selected to bring an air of formality to this reclaimed environment.
The goal of this home was to prove that modern design really can be casual and comfortable. This sleek and clean design was centered around the idea of family life and entertaining for large groups.
The bistro dining area is perfect for entertaining and acts as a transition between the living area and kitchen. Featuring the beautiful Mercury fixture from Artemide, this area is most definitely a focal point.
A gorgeous and rare granite named 'November sky' was utilized to its fullest potential in this kitchen design. The layout was centered around the idea that entertaining would be a frequent occurrence. Details such as a custom designed range hood, duo-tone stained African Sepele cabinetry and unique hardware are all touches that make this kitchen extraordinary.
Upon entering this home, one is greeted with a charmingly yet elegant grand foyer with inlayed decorative floor tile, faux finish wall application and arched passageways to the rest of the beautiful home.
A rich color palette, vast use of natural stone and large scale furniture bring the luxurious Tuscan design sense to life.
Coffered ceilings in the dining room and den take the grand ceiling height throughout the house and bring it to a more intimate and personal level.
This home's furnishings showcase the beautiful custom architecture while also making it living and comfortable for their large family.
This clean contemporary penthouse displays unique key components such as a decorative custom ceiling feature which matches the decorative pillow fabric. A beautiful neautral striated tile gives the entry a soft and inviting look.
A dining area open to the rest of the living space lends itself to the loft type atmosphere. The classic light fixture and water feature both add a level of sophistication to the already stunning environment.
The kitchen features black matte finish cabinetry with a luscious 1x1 irredescent mosaic wall which glistens in the sun. Sleek chrome hardware compliments the chrome pinstripes underneath the bar. Specialty lighting adds a whimsical element to the kitchen area.
This eclectic update on an Art Deco themed home is a project unique to its own.
Custom designed iron work for the railing is just one feature that makes this grand staircase spectacular. A strong contrast of black and white used in the home's furnishings gives it that classic timeless look with a flare.
The use of multi-tone grays for the wall color helps to define the beautiful architecture and grand fireplace wall. The Art Deco flourish of the furniture helps to create a whimsical contrast to the Neo-Classical architecture of the home.
This elegant, luxurious dining room uses lavish elements such as beading on drapery, gilded finishes on the mirror and jewels draped from the chandelier to stand above the rest.
Being greeted by a stairway such as this really sets the tone for the entirety of the home. WIth a classically traditional color palette and high end furnishings throughout the estate, every square foot of this home was touched with elegance.
The lavish traditional dining room is perfect for entertaining large groups. A faux-finished coffered ceiling detail is accented by cove lighting and complimented by two large iron work pendant lights. The fabric was chosen due to its luminance and strong regal hue. Everything about this room emanates sophistication and elegance.
Moving to the great room, one will find a rich Tuscan environment using large scale furniture and lavish draperies to compliment the beautiful built in fireplace and grand architecture of the home.
A mix of natural materials and a sophisticated, timeless color palette welcomes comfort and relaxation at every turn.
The use of cove ceiling lighting, small sconces and beautiful art niches, each area is delicately kissed with the perfect amount of illumination.
One of our main priorities was to make each furnishing choice fit into the category of both sophisticated/classic whicle also being comfortable and inviting.
A beautiful blend of natural stones can be found throughout the home to drive the 'Aspen' theme from one environment to another. Even down to the shower tile application, not one inch was left untouched.
This high style, urban loft blends classic contemporary pieces with unexpected design elements and a splash of intense color.
An open plan with high ceilings gave us the opportunity to explore with adjoining areas and creating unique focal points with a dropped soffit. Dramatic lighting fixtures, specialty art pieces and an eclectic blend of patterns draws your eye from one point to another through this large, multi-purpose living space.
An organic woven-wood bedset with minimally designed bedding was chosen to offset the harsh, geometric lines found throughout the loft.
